Online Psychotherapy Bromley, London
Hi, I’m Matt, and I want to warmly welcome you. If you’re here, I imagine life feels overwhelming or painful right now. Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling lost or disconnected, or questioning who you are and where you’re headed. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that your feelings matter—and so do you.
It might not feel like it right now, but your emotions—even the heavy, difficult ones—have something to tell you. They aren’t just obstacles; they’re reflections of your experiences, your values, and your unique way of seeing the world.
As an existential therapist, I believe that within your pain lies an opportunity for deeper understanding. Together, we’ll explore what these feelings are telling you and how they relate to your unique life story. This isn’t about fixing something broken—it’s about connecting with your personal truth and honouring your individuality.
While we share the same world, we each see it differently—we interact with it through the lens of our own individual story
I know that when we’re suffering emotionally, it can feel incredibly difficult to accept ourselves as we are—with all our pain and uncertainty. But I wholeheartedly believe that what feels unbearable now can become the foundation for growth, empowerment, and healing. As you reconnect with your truth and uncover more of who you are, you’ll begin to see yourself—and the world—differently.
' When we can accept ourselves as we are, we change everything.'

What some of my clients have to say:
,,
,,
Emotions as a Gateway
Instead of seeing our emotions as obstacles to overcome, distract from or manage, ‘the world through your eyes’ views them as a doorway to what matters to you.
Existential therapy as self discovery
'Negative Thoughts' Not Just Noise, But a Message
We often see what we deem ‘negative’ thoughts and behaviours as problems to be erased. An Existentially informed approach to therapy views them differently. They can be like a message from your inner world, trying to tell you something important.
Re-evaluating Survival Strategies
If we’ve experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect, we might view the world as a cruel and unforgiving place.
Is this you?
Together we can work to overcome these challenges
Burn Out
Feeling overwhelmed
and burnt out
Self Doubt
Constant worries and self-doubt holding you back
Relationship
Facing a painful loss or a difficult relationship
Disconnected
Feeling isolated or disconnected from others
Self Esteem
Struggling with low self-esteem or self-doubt
Trauma
Facing past
or present traumas
‘A therapy experience that honours your individuality, that delves into the heart of your relational existence with warmth, humour, and deep respect’
''Constantly comparing to others,
limits freedoms to such an extent that the world can become both an exhausting and lonely place to be''
